An award-winning television writer for the Nashville Now show on TNN, Phil has written 13 musicals and spent decades bringing American stories to life on stages across the country. His latest work, Gateway: Coming to America, is the culmination of that journey — a musical 30 years in the making, now available as a keynote experience, a stage production for licensing, and a book and CD. It arrives in America’s 250th year, and for anyone standing at their own threshold, the timing couldn’t be more right.
